Weekly Update #70 - VERSION 0.8.1 AVAILABLE
This new build was actually more stacked than I thought with a whole lotta more solid gameplay, there's also a whole lot of character interaction in here now.
>Main Features:
-Introducing the mechanic "Flip Pannels" in this new Build, I introduced it in older builds but it's back.
-Some visual changes, new music tracks, and bug fixes from old builds.
-Obviously, new gameplay mechanics. New status ailments, and new ways fleshiis are made tougher to deal with.
-The first half of Act 2 Part 1 has been developed excluding all of the planned side content for it.
-You can SKIP to the start of Act 2 Part 1 at the start, BUT, it is only recommended to do it if you've 100% the game up to that point, as you will be spoiled for certain things like party members.
-There are 3 new party members. first half of a LARGE town side quest, and an introduction to a new whole new progression blocking mechanic.
>What Will be further Added in Version 0.8.X:
-I plan to redo, probably almost all full screen art except some of the new ones. I also plan to redesign some sprites, like, Candy Bane's mutation is hella freaky, I gotta make the censored version better lol.
-I plan to make more songs for this 2nd half, I wanted to make more chatting themes for multiple characters and specific vibes. I also thought that the theme for the current final boss for this build was lacking, like my skills failed it, but it grew on me. I'll probably keep it as the theme but it could change.
-There are certain secrets I still plan to add, that is the reason why I currently now am encrypting the image files so you guys can't get spoiled for what could happen anymore
