I think I pretty much completed setting up the first half of this part in ACT 2, but I decided for the NPCs I'll give them like their own side quest to make the area more lively. These are all the related characters, Quhoza, Dili, Jupa, and Quarch all have new sprites. Drewa, Quhoza, Dersevi, and Croarder are minor characters that will get some spotlight in this sidequest I guess.
