Maiden Chateu version 0.2.0 - 2nd Floor Released


So the 2nd floor is out, it includes 2/4th of the whole final product. New characters to mingle with, and new types of puzzles. Maybe I'll take a short break in development to regain my creative energy. Anyways, enjoy the new update! I also fixed a lot of bugs from the first update I didn't realise, but now it's gone!

Finally played it

That menu music was amazing
I kinda hate the inventory system because I always forget to equip stuff haha
There is one error with talking with Sachi "I woke up when you got in, and I didn't who you were."
Talking with galles I didn't have my made up name ([^]_[^]) it had n'der
I exited the house and the game froze
I once finished talking with sachi and entered the breaker room again and it bugged
I once didn't save a file and died to the minions ( a error message appeared and the game froze)
But that menu music tho, made it totally worth
in the boss battle with bellish if you just don't move you don't get hit (for some time)
Bro, where the death animations at? 
I liked the change with the minions, overall 9 out of 10 (If I ever pass the bellish boss fight I will update this)

So I wanted to ask you something else

Where is my man Yuu (the hardworker) and lorelei's limbo?

To adress the issues:

My answer to that: When you get a new item, You'll get the option to equip it. I should've thought of that.

OH YEAH, a little trick for Bellish's fights. The targets cannot hurt you if you're not moving. You have to abuse that in the 2nd round.



Yuu the Hardworker, and Lorelei's Limbo. I remember I removed them since I was planning on remaking both of them in some aspect. I already started remaking Lorelei's Limbo but with a different story. Yuu the Hardworker, I felt like the story was good but it needs better presentation, like better art in it. I'll bring it back up don't worry.

the game crashing after minion

right on the start, to the right, I hadn't saved the game and it appeared to load file I may have pressed to load a file that didn't exist and it bugged lol

The little hint with Bellish, I was supposed to put that somewhere in the game but I forgot to. Oops...

Sweet dev, you need to take a break to rest your mind. Also I can tell you have been sleeping late eh? you been bad boy XD. Any how dev, I be in I'll be in touch and keep it up m8.

Hmm? I mean it already has a 2nd floor, so I guess play it, why not. More puzzles and more characters and interactions.

Nice, I will try not to record it tho. Because there might be new changes & save jokes . So when the full game releases this will be a funny game play for you dev :) . (keep it up m8 & don't worry I'm here){no-homo XD}.
